Victoria University (Melbourne Campus) Update

1. When we receive a deferral request, VU willreassess the case, which may require further documents/information. As VU needs to comply/respond to changing external requirements, there is no guarantee that the outcome of the case will remain the same.

2. Admission/study in the Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education does not guarantee admission to the Master of Education, VU needs to assess the case/application according to the guidelines. Therefore, please ensure your clients understand this.

3.VUno longer accepts onshore applications from 600 and 408 visa holders, they are welcome to apply from offshore.

4.Applicationprocessing turnaround time is 3 weeks, we can only prioritize applications with visas expiring soon. We expect the turnaround time to be quicker in 2 weeks.

5. VU recently received several visa rejection applications:

5.1 VU current students studying Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood on 485 visa. This is to share with you that even though the student has been studying the GD EC, there is still a chance that the student visa is rejected. Hence, please ensure you help students to provide solid statement & evidence to support their visa applications.

5.2 A couple of visa rejections due to the student not getting back to DHA within the given timeframe about health check.

I would like to remind/share with you about the following:
