La Trobe's undergraduate full-time employment rate ranks first in Victoria!

According to the latest graduate employment survey results, La Trobe University is far ahead of other universities in Victoria in terms of full-time employment rates three years after graduation for full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The survey points out that almost95%of undergraduates are employed withinthree yearsafter graduation, and La Trobe University has risen by17places in national rankings for both full-time and overall employment.
Specifically, La Trobe excels in the following areas:Ranked 11th in overall employment nationwide, first in Victoria,with 94.8% of graduates successfully employed three years later.In terms of full-time work, the employment rate for undergraduate graduates is 93.7%, and for postgraduate graduates, it is 92.1%.Additionally, La Trobe University has the highest median salary for postgraduate course graduates in Victoria at AUD 104,400.
Professor Jessica Vanderlelie, Vice-Chancellor (Academic) of La Trobe University, noted that the university has continuously expanded industry internship opportunities and provided financial support, offering students more practical experience and networking opportunities.
Over 16,000 students have participated in La Trobe's industry-leading employment program, Career Ready Advantage, which is designed and developed in collaboration with the industry to cultivate the skills and experience students need for their careers.
These data come from the 2023 National Graduate Outcomes Survey - Longitudinal (GOS-L), which reports on the employment status of Australian graduates three years after completing their courses.

The Career Ready Industry Mentoring Program is a flexible 12-week program held three times a year (Term 1, Term 2, and summer vacation).
