Many of our sports and exercise science-related courses are accredited by theExercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA), and upon successful completion of the courses, students will be eligible to apply for ESSA membership, thereby obtaining widely recognized professional qualifications.
Practice-oriented courses

Our sports-related courses emphasize practice, combining teaching with internships to prepare graduates for a career in the sports industry.Each related degree program includes a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) project, requiring students to complete internship work in the real industry to graduate, with internship durations ranging from 80 to 500 hours.

· Achieve 63% of the total score in the college entrance examination

Course overview:
The Bachelor of Business program offers more than 20 major directions. You can choose to major in one field, or you can choose to major in two fields in the Bachelor of Business program, or additionally learn a second foreign language to enhance your professional competitiveness.
The sports management major of this course is accredited by the Australian and New Zealand Sports Management Association. It will teach you the professional knowledge in this field, cultivate you to become a sports management elite, and find job opportunities insports tourism, marketing, media, and athlete management,working ingovernment departments, national and international sports clubs, and event management organizations.

· Human anatomy and physiology
· Health, physical activity, exercise, and health promotion
· Sports performance analysis
· Fitness training and coaching
· Psychology, communication, and sports management
This degree program consists of four main research areas: sports science, sports management and marketing, health promotion, and sports coaching. The course includes 80 hours of WIL industry internship. By studying this course, you will be ready to enter the sports and entertainment industry, such as amateur or professional sports organizations, cultural and sports centers, resorts, etc.

Course overview:
This course teaches students to design, implement, and evaluate sports programs and activities aimed at improving the overall health, fitness, and sports performance of athletes. After completing the course, students can work in community, sports, and health organizations as sports or recreation managers, coaches, occupational health and safety officers, or specialists in cardiac, respiratory, and sleep medicine.
The course includes a semester-long cumulative 140-hour industry internship, which may be located outside the Brisbane metropolitan and Gold Coast areas, including New South Wales, interstate, or overseas.
Additionally, the Bachelor of Exercise Science program is also an excellent bridging course for entering other degree programs in the medical and health fields at Griffith University.

Course overview:
This course will give you a deeper understanding of the human body and the effects of exercise on the body, enabling you to help patients and people with disabilities improve their mobility and life. After graduation, you can become an exercise physiologist, helping patients return to work, conducting return-to-work assessments, managing chronic diseases, prescribing exercise for special populations, helping patients with weight loss and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, etc.
This course is certified as both an exercise scientist and an exercise physiologist, including advanced courses in the field of exercise science and at least 500 hours of professional practice.
