We have prepared an orientation week gift for students enrolled in the T1 semester of the 2024 academic year:Value$10On-campus cafe/restaurant dining voucher.Please log in to your Griffith UniversityStudent email, check the inbox, get the voucher link we sent.


How to use:

Step 1:Click the link to activate your voucher.

Career Planning and Employment Seminar for Chinese Students


From the day you arrive at Griffith University, we will start helping you prepare for employment. This Friday,All international students from China are welcome to attend an interactive seminar hosted by Lockin U China, a global recruitment expert from China.It will help you understand the Chinese job market during your study at GU. Through this event, you will gain practical employment information, such as: comprehensive career planning from freshmen to graduates, mastering job search skills in the Chinese job market, etc.

By participating in the orientation week, you will be able to:Attend the welcome meeting to learn all the information you need to know; participate in various skill workshops (Workshop), get academic and life skills for studying abroad in advance; participate in various cultural and social activities, meet your course teachers in advance, make new friends, join student clubs you are interested in; you can also visit Griffith University and the city where you will start your study.

First, you need to update your personal information, complete the enrollment registration, and get your student ID and password.Through MyOrientation,


The important activities you can learn about include but are not limited to:· Online welcome activities

This online event for undergraduate freshmen can help you meet classmates and your student mentors, who will take you through some basic information, student resources, and services you need to know at the beginning of your enrollment.

· Must-attend college orientation activities


Each college may have orientation activities that all students must attend and additional optional activities, you can get relevant information through MyOrientation.

· School library orientation activities


Griffith University Library will conduct guided tours during the orientation week to help freshmen acquire basic academic skills and online resource channels.

Orientation activities





Griffith Mates is a student organization composed of students from all over the world at Griffith University, Regularly hold various campus student activities every year, participate in welcoming international freshmen, and help new students adapt to study and life in Australia. The team has 159 student leaders, members from 31 countries, speaking 52 languages, across 5 campuses, studying different professional courses.Participating in Griffith Mates activities is a good way for you to practice English, make new friends, explore new campus life, and integrate into the local social environment in Australia.

Twilight City Free City Tour


Join Griffith Mates, you can also participate in the Twilight City City Tour organized by Griffith Mates for free during the orientation week,

Stroll through the Gold Coast or Brisbane to learn about the local customs and practices of the new city where you will start your study.
