Unknowingly, the Lunar New Year holiday has already passed. With the new year comes new vibes, wishing our University of Wollongong (UOW) students great academic progress and continuous achievements in the Year of the Dragon. Meanwhile, February is also a significant moment for many new students to start a new chapter at UOW, as we are about to welcome a batch of new students.

The 'It’s Go' Orientation Week in February will be held from the 19th to the 22nd, an important event to welcome both new and returning students. This annual major event offers students an immersive experience, providing essential information, support services, and a series of fun activities to kickstart their academic journey.

It's Go Time” Orientation Week is not just about administrative information such as admissions and subject information. It's also about ensuring studentscan immediately grasp the comprehensive methods needed for rapid growth at university. From academic guidance to mental health support, the University of Wollongong has curated a comprehensive program covering all aspects of student life.


The week-long orientation activities will host a series of introduction sessions, familiarizing students with information on academic programs, learning resources, and campus facilities, ensuring students can make the most of their time at the University of Wollongong. Additionally, a series of workshops focusing on enhancing students' personal development skills and promoting overall physical and mental health will be held.
