Certificate Qualification
The Advanced Diploma of Marketing automation is a cutting-edge qualification that provides students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the fast-paced, AI-powered world of personalised and automated marketing.
The course offers a practical and hands-on learning experience and teaches the strategy, processes, and strategic considerations behind designing effective marketing automation campaigns and workflows. It also teaches learners how to evaluate various platforms and tools that deliver automation opportunities, as well as giving hands-on experience connecting platforms together and managing digital projects.
Above all, the course teaches key concepts fundamental to marketing automation from both a technical and conceptual level. Learners will analyse the strengths, opportunities and limitations when implementing these concepts through a structured process of evaluation.
The course is delivered using 10 units of competency each with a varied volume of learning depending on the size and complexity of the unit. Formative and practical learning activities are heavily embedded into the course content to fully prepare students for their assessments.
To enable practical application of automation principles, learners will undertake real automation activities using demonstration companies that have been created for this course. Leaners will gain hands-on experience using cutting-edge marketing automation technologies and applying them in a real-world setting using these demonstration companies and their associated marketing assets. Learners will analyse the opportunities, challenges and limitations of these tools when delivering against specific business objectives.
Given the rapidly changing nature of the technologies and advances in Artificial Intelligence, we have designed this course to focus on the strategy of delivering the end goal (i.e. automated and personalised experiences) and equip learners with the tools and resources to evaluate the technologies that might allow them to meet those goals.
