Job Description

  • Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
  • Allocating human resources, space and equipment
  • Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
  • Managing records and accounts of the practice
  • Liaising with Professionals to coordinate practice business and to facilitate resolution of problems
  • Managing physical facilities and ensuring buildings and equipment are maintained
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
  • Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision

    Work Experience Requirements

      1. 1. If the major is highly relevant, at least one year of relevant work experience after graduation in the past five years;
      1. 2. If the major of the specialist degree is not highly relevant to the nominated occupation, you need to have an Australian Level 4 certificate that is highly relevant to the nominated occupation, and at least one year of relevant work experience after graduation in the past five years;
      1. 3. If the major is not highly relevant, at least two years of relevant work experience after graduation in the past five years is required;
      1. 4. If the applicant’s relevant work experience is before obtaining a college degree, a total of 3 years of relevant work experience is required, of which 1 year must be within the past 5 years.

    Academic Qualification Requirements

      3. - AQF Advanced Diploma
      4. - AQF Associate Degree or
      5. - AQF Graduate Diploma
