Job Description
- Developing, implementing and monitoring policies and objectives of nursing care as they apply to units, staff and community groups
- Coordinating the allocation of human and material resources for a health service unit such as recruitment of staff, human resource management, preparation of budgets and fiscal management
- Monitoring and controlling the performance of nursing and support staff within the unit, and providing leadership
- Initiating studies to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing services in the unit in relation to objectives, costs and nursing care
- Promoting working relationships with community agencies and health and education providers
- Contributing to organisational objectives in relation to quality, safety and risk management

- 工作经验证明(申请特定 ANZSCO 代码时,需近 5 年至少 3 个月带薪工作经验)
- 所有文件彩色扫描,非英文需认证翻译

Assessment Requirements
- Qualification/Registration Requirements:
- Full Skills Assessment: Internationally registered nurse/midwife qualification, registered in a recognized country or region.
- Modified Skills Assessment: Australian or New Zealand registered nurse/midwife.
- Modified PLUS Assessment: Registered in Australia or New Zealand, but with qualification discrepancies or requiring additional document verification.
- English Language Proficiency:
- Full Skills Assessment requires providing a valid English test score (IELTS/OET/PTE/TOEFL).
- Modified pathways generally do not require English test scores separately.
- Work Experience:
- Full Skills Assessment may require international nurses to submit proof of at least 1800 hours of registered nurse work experience.
- Nominating a specific ANZSCO code (not "Not Elsewhere Classified") requires at least 3 months/260 hours of relevant paid work experience within the last 5 years.
- Document Requirements:
- Identity documents (passport, photo, name change proof, etc.)
- Graduation certificate and academic transcript (including theoretical and practical/clinical components)
- Registration proof (from foreign or local registration body)
- English test results (Full pathway)
- Professional reference letters/employment verification letters (if required)
