- Mounting and preparing objects for display
- Designing and arranging exhibit furnishings, display cases and display areas
- Assisting in setting up lighting and display equipment

- Ordering new library materials and maintaining library records and circulation systems
- Cataloguing printed and recorded material
- Entering data into databases and editing computer records
- Operating audiovisual and reprographic equipment
- Searching and verifying bibliographic data

Applicants are required to have academic qualifications related to the nominated position PhD / Bachelor (including Honours Bachelor and Master) / Diploma completed in Australia / Australian Level 3 Certificate - AQFⅢ/Ⅳ compeleted in Australia 104 weeks of study time in Australia
Work requirements
Applicants are required to have: at least 52 weeks of post-graduation work experience in Australia related to the nominated position
A qualification assessed at least AQF Diploma level, with an additional qualification of at least AQF Certificate IV in a highly relevant field of study, and at least one year of post-qualification highly relevant work at an appropriate skill level in the past five years; or A qualification assessed at least AQF Diploma level but without a highly relevant field of study, and at least two years of post-qualification highly relevant work at an appropriate skill level in the past five years
