- Leadership for me, it's about making an impact on others.

It's also about enabling others and facilitating others to find their voice.

That's why I run public speaking workshops on a regular basis with the students in our school.

- What's fantastic about Bob is he's a great student leader.

And even in his involvement in the music program, the strings program, you can see his role-modelling and his leadership influence with others there.

Coming to Victoria has offered me so many opportunities, not just academically, but it allows me to see different people from different cultures and see a greater world.
