谁可以申请？

  • 有或没有科研背景的候选人均可申请。
  • 无科研背景申请者 可考虑申请 应用研究硕士（Master of Applied Research） 或 综合博士（PhD Integrated）。

无科研背景申请者需提交材料：

  • 个人简历（CV） —— 突出与学前教育或相关领域（教育、艺术、心理学等）有关的教育与工作经历。
  • 研究意向书（Expression of Interest, EOI） —— 最多 1 页，内容包括：研究问题、研究目标及研究领域；为什么该研究重要（研究问题、知识缺口、实践/理论意义）。（可选）与现有文献的关联（5–10 篇学术文献，约 200–300 字）。（可选）拟议研究方法与技术（约 400 字）。⚠️ 重要提示：研究意向书必须由申请者本人完成，清楚展示您对该领域的兴趣，不得使用 AI 生成。

提交后流程：

  • VU 将评估申请资格；
  • 学院将协助寻找合适的导师。👉 需要注意的是，在申请系统录入数据时，您需将 Nathalie Nehma 填写为导师。

有科研背景的申请者

  • 可考虑申请 研究型硕士（Master of Research） 或 博士（PhD）。
  • 此类课程的申请需要提交 研究计划书（Research Proposal）。

Who can apply?

  • Candidates with or without research background
  • Non-research background applicants can be considered for Master of Applied Research and PHD Integrated

What non-research background applicants need to submit:

  • -CV — Highlight education & work relevant to ECE or related fields (Education, Art, Psychology, etc.)
  • -Expression of Interest (EOI) — max 1 page, including: Your research questions, aims, and research field, Why this research is important (research problem, knowledge gaps, practical/theoretical benefits)
    • Optional: How your project connects to existing literature (5-10 scholarly refs, ~200-300 words)
    • Optional: Proposed methodology and research techniques (~400 words)
    • Important: The expression of interest must be your own work and clearly show why you’re interested in this area — no AI writing!


After submission:

  • -VU will assess your eligibility
  • -Faculty will help find suitable supervisors
  • I note that you are required to put Nathalie Nehma as supervisor when doing data entry for application.
