Reminder on Selection Task Deadlines for International Students Completing Year 12 in Australia


As the VCE exam period is approaching, we are wanting to provide some further clarity on selection task deadlines for students completing year 12 in Australia and applying to study at RMIT in Semester 1, 2025.


You are able to access a full list of programs that require a selection task to be submitted, and their respective deadlines through the call to action button below.  Please note that the selection task list has been updated since last week.

Selection Task Deadlines – Semester 1, 2025

For student’s applying for Associate Degree and Bachelor programs through VTAC, selection tasks will need to be submitted through the relevant program overview page on the RMIT website by the indicated due date. Please ensure that you select ‘Domestic’ and refer to the Admissions tab.


For Vocational Education programs ( Diploma and Advanced Diploma), these can be directly uploaded to the student’s application in Studylink.
