一、新增：Priority Bursary 獎學金計劃

Priority Bursary（優先獎學金）旨在支持來自亞洲地區的學生在迪肯大學實現學習目標。獲得該獎學金的學生還將享有：

  • 優先錄取處理（Priority Admission Processing）；
  • 優先宿舍申請（Priority Accommodation）。

適用地區：
汶萊、柬埔寨、中國、印尼、寮國、馬來西亞、菲律賓、新加坡、斯里蘭卡、泰國、東帝汶、越南。


申請條件：

  • 2026年入學的國際學生；
  • 自費全日制學生（非政府資助）；
  • 非Quota限額課程。

獎學金額度：

  • AUD $2,000：在收到錄取後2週內接受錄取（且必須在開學前4週完成）；
  • AUD $1,500：在收到錄取後4週內接受錄取（同樣須在開學前4週完成）。



二、學術入學更新：SAT / ACT / AP 現可單獨申請本科入學


從即日起，Deakin 接受 SAT、ACT 與 AP 成績作為單獨入學資格（Standalone Qualification）用於本科錄取。

  • 申請者仍須滿足：英語語言要求；相關科目先修要求（subject prerequisites）；真實學生（Genuine Student, GS）及合規審核。
  • 成績有效期：SAT / ACT / AP 成績在課程開始時須不超過 2 年。

各類考試要求：

SAT

  • 迪肯接受 Digital SAT（新版數位化SAT）；
  • 計分方式：EBRW + Math，總分1600分制。

ACT

  • 接受 ACT Composite 綜合分數（1–36）。

AP

  • 接受至少 3 門 AP 科目；
  • 各科成績須達到 3 分或以上。


四、課程聚焦：Bachelor of Design（設計學士）

該課程培養學生在以下高需求領域的專業能力：

  • UX/UI 設計
  • 品牌與視覺傳播
  • 數位媒體
  • 溝通設計

課程結合創意與行業實踐，學生將參與真實客戶專案、建立作品集、與企業建立聯繫，並通過Employability Stream培養創業與領導能力。


行業認證：

  • 獲得澳大利亞設計協會（Design Institute of Australia, DIA）認可；
  • 學生可成為 DIA 會員，參與全國設計活動。



The Priority Bursary is created to support students from the regions in achieving their study goals at Deakin.


Recipients of the Priority Bursary will also receive priority processing for both Deakin Student Residence places and admission applications.


Eligibility:

  • New international students from Brunei, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam are eligible for a Priority Bursary.
  • Must be a new, full fee-paying international student (not sponsored by an overseas government).
  • Applying to commence study in 2026.
  • Quota courses are excluded.


Bursary options:

  • $2,000: Accept the firm offer (DUELI package or award) within 2 weeks of receiving it (and no later than 4 weeks before trimester start).
  • $1,500: Accept the firm offer within 4 weeks of receiving it (and no later than 4 weeks before trimester start).

SAT, ACT, and AP accepted for UG Entry

Entry Requirements Update

Deakin University now accepts SAT, ACT, and AP results as standalone qualifications to meet the academic entry requirements for our undeegraduate courses.


This update provides greater flexibility and more pathways for international students to join Deakin.


Please note:

  • Applicants must also meet English proficiency and subject prerequisites, and satisfy Genuine Student (GS) and compliance checks.
  • Score validity: SAT/ACT/AP results must be ≤ 2 years old at the time of course commencement.


📍SAT:

Deakin accepts the SAT (digital SAT, EBRW + Math, total out of 1600).


📍ACT:

Deakin accepts the ACT Composite (1–36).


📍AP:

Deakin accepts a minimum of three AP subjects with a score of 3 or higher.
