一、 條件 CoE最終文件提交截止日期
對於持有 UQ 有條件錄取確認函（Conditional Confirmation of Enrolment, CCoE）的學生，提交最終材料的截止日期為 2025年8月22日。
學生必須提交其最終成績單和學位證書（如適用）的認證副本，以確認其已滿足 UQ offer 中的所有條件。

若申請人因簽證延遲導致無法按時抵達澳洲，請注意，所有國際學生 最遲可在2025年8月8日（S2第二周末）前報到入學，但前提是他們已完成註冊並準備上課。

三、護理與助產專業語言要求更新
UQ 已更新護理（Nursing）與助產（Midwifery）課程的英語語言要求適用國家列表。
根據2025年3月18日生效的澳大利亞護理和助產委員會（NMBA）標準，南非將僅被認可至 2026年S1學期，適用於條款11(b)。
四、QTAC申請流程及重要日期
自 2025年8月5日（週二） 起，您可通過 QTAC 門戶協助12年級國際學生提交申請。
Offer發放時間：
- 第一輪申請截止：2025年9月19日Offer發布時間：2025年10月2日 下午5點（AEST）
- 第二輪申請截止：2025年11月14日Offer發布時間：2025年11月28日 下午5點（AEST）
- 第三輪申請截止：2026年1月9日Offer發布時間：2026年1月19日 下午5點（AEST）
五、QTAC改專業（Change of Preference）
- 在成績公布前（2025年12月18日前）：可通過 QTAC 門戶自行更改。
- 成績公布後（2025年12月18日起）：請聯繫 KOKOS發送郵件至 ：
- 郵件標題格式為：“QTAC—Preference change—QTAC申請號—UQ學生號—學生全名”
六、中介提名（Agent Nominations）這一步必須做
請填寫 2026年 QTAC 中介提名授權表（如附件），聯繫 KOKOS並發送至：
為避免延誤，請使用以下郵件標題格式：
“QTAC—Agent nomination—QTAC申請號—學生全名” 並附上 QTAC 付款收據以證明已提交申請。
材料不完整將影響處理速度。
各輪中介提名截止日期：
- 第一輪：2025年9月26日
- 第二輪：2025年11月21日
- 第三輪：2026年1月16日
📌 請注意：所有12年級學生的 QTAC 申請必須在 2026年1月9日 前完成。
📌該日期之後，僅可通過 UQ 門戶提交申請，並 無法享受加分政策（bonus points）。
七、 全新 GSS 表格及流程
即日起，來自 UQ 所指定國家的申請人，必須使用最新版本的 Genuine Student Statement 表格。
此表格用於評估申請質量並確認學生真實意圖，並包含“中介聲明”部分，強化中介的責任。
為順利過渡，舊版 GSS 表格將在 2025年8月31日 前仍可使用。該日期之後，只接受新版表格。
⚠️ 請注意：雖然僅強制適用於指定國家，但在個案判斷下，審核員也可能要求低風險國家申請人提交該表。

Late commencement
Should applicants face delays with receiving their student visa, please be aware that all international students will be allowed to commence up to 8 August 2025 (the end of Week 2, Semester 2, 2025), provided they have completed their enrolment and are ready to attend classes by this date.
Some programs are excluded and do not permit late commencement.
After this date, international students seeking approval for late commencement will be required to submit their request via email to
ELP Update – Nursing & Midwifery Programs
UQ has updated the designated countries list for English Language Proficiency (ELP) requirements specific to Nursing and Midwifery programs. South Africa will only be recognised until Semester 1, 2026 under Clause 11(b). These changes reflect updates to the NMBA English Language Skills Registration Standard effective 18 March 2025.
QTAC application process and important dates
Starting Tuesday 5 August 2025, you can begin assisting Year 12 international students with their QTAC applications via the QTAC portal.
Offer rounds
Round 1:
• Applications submitted before 19 September 2025.
• Offers released by 5pm AEST on 2 October 2025.
Round 2:
• Applications submitted before 14 November 2025.
• Offers released by 5pm AEST on 28 November 2025.
Round 3:
• Applications submitted before 9 January 2026.
• Offers released by 5pm AEST on 19 January 2026.
QTAC change of preference
Prior to the result release date (before Thursday 18 December 2025):
• Change preferences via the QTAC portal.
After the result release date (from Thursday 18 December 2025):
• Send an email to applicationstatus@uq.edu.au with the subject line “QTAC—Preference change—QTAC application number—UQ student number—Student full name”.
Agent nominations
Please complete the 2026 QTAC agent nomination form and send it to . For easy identification and to avoid any delays, please use the email subject as “QTAC—Agent nomination—QTAC application number—Student full name”. The QTAC payment receipt should be attached to confirm application lodgement. Missing documents will delay the agent nomination process. Below are the nomination deadlines for each offer round. Please ensure submissions are made before the due dates.
Offer rounds and agent nomination due dates:
Round 1: 26 September 2025
Round 2: 21 November 2025
Round 3: 16 January 2026
Please note: All Year 12 student applications must be submitted via QTAC by 9 January 2026. After this date, applications can only be submitted through the UQ portal or equivalent and will not be eligible for bonus points.
New Genuine Student process and form
Effective immediately, all applications from countries identified by The University of Queensland must be accompanied by the recently updated Genuine Student Form. This form is essential for assessing application quality and verifying the genuine intent of prospective students. It also includes an agent declaration section, reinforcing the critical role our partners play in maintaining application integrity.
To support a smooth transition, the previous version of the GS Form will continue to be accepted for new applications until 31 August 2025. After this date, only the updated version will be accepted.
Please note: While the form is mandatory for identified countries, assessors may also request it from applicants in lower-risk countries if deemed necessary based on individual circumstances.
To uphold the integrity of our admissions process, we will be conducting periodic sample audits of submitted applications. These audits are intended to reinforce our partnership and ensure continued alignment with compliance standards.
