二、因签证延误导致的晚到校情况
我们招生团队正在密切跟进即将入学学生的签证状态。对于在第2学期开始时尚未获得签证批准的学生，学校将直接联系他们并提供关于晚到校和注册的指导。
请您提醒学生定期检查自己的电子邮件（包括垃圾邮件/垃圾箱文件夹）。如果学生没有收到晚到校的指引，请尽快联系
三、晚到校指引
请注意：学生一旦收到 Welcome 邮件和登录信息后，必须尽快完成选课注册，并从第一周起开始学习，即使此时他们尚未抵达澳大利亚。

科学与医学学院（College of Science & Medicine）
- 化学专业：必须在第1周到校
- 其他专业：必须在第3周周一（2025年8月4日）前到校
亚太学院（College of Asia & the Pacific）
- 所有学生：必须在第3周周一（2025年8月4日）前到校
艺术与社会科学学院（College of Arts & Social Sciences）
- 所有学生：必须在第3周周一（2025年8月4日）前到校
系统与社会学院（College of Systems & Society）
- 所有学生：必须在第3周周一（2025年8月4日）前到校
法律、治理与政策学院（College of Law, Governance & Policy）
- 所有学生：必须在第3周周一（2025年8月4日）前到校
商业与经济学院（College of Business & Economics）
- 所有学生：必须在第5周周一（2025年8月18日）前到校
**注意：**学生仅抵达澳大利亚并不视为满足要求，除非获得远程学习或境外学习的批准，否则必须亲自到达堪培拉校区。

- Offshore applicants: Now closed
- Onshore applicants: Open until 10 July 2025
Late Arrival Due to Visa Delays
Our Admissions Team is actively monitoring the visa status of commencing students. Students who have not received their visa grant by the start of Semester 2 will be contacted directly with instructions on late arrival and enrolment.
We kindly ask that you remind your students to regularly check their email (including spam/junk folders). If they do not receive the late arrival instructions, they should contact:

Please note that students must enrol in their courses as soon as they receive their Welcome email and login details. They must begin their studies from Week 1 as instructed, even if they are not yet onshore.

Note: It is not sufficient to have just arrived in Australia – they must be on campus (Canberra) unless they have been approved for long-distance or offshore study.
