一、開學季錄取提醒

由於部分課程需求量較大，學生在滿足錄取條件或接受無條件錄取（unconditional offer）時，可能會遇到名額已滿或不可用的情況。

為了確保名額，我們強烈建議學生盡早接受無條件錄取，因為錄取名額僅在有空位的情況下有效。

墨爾本大學授權的教育代理可以提交開學季入學的有條件電子入學確認（eCoE）申請，以及預測成績錄取申請，具體資格要求請參考相關政策。

二、2025 課程滿位狀態

僅供內部使用（不要放在互聯網），墨大創建了一個2025年可申請課程及當前狀態列表：[2025 Course Status List]。該列表會實時更新，以反映最新的課程可用性。

在為申請人提供建議時，請優先參考該課程列表。你可以查看某個課程是否仍在接受申請，或者是否可以提交錄取接受函和學費押金，以確保 2025 學年的開學和年中入學順利進行。

如果申請人第一志願的課程已滿，該列表也能幫助你推薦替代選項。

文件訪問權限：公司董事和公司常規郵箱已獲得訪問權限。如需為額外工作人員開通權限，如果需要查看請聯繫 KOKOS 的文案老師或是我。

三、科學學士（Bachelor of Science）更新

科學學士課程（Bachelor of Science）在2025年第一學期（Semester 1）和第二學期（Semester 2）的國際學生名額已滿。
學生仍然可以申請未來學期的該課程，或者考慮其他可用的理科課程（Science）。如果有任何問題，歡迎與我們聯繫。

四、研究生申請相關信息 - 2025年年中工程碩士（Engineering Programs）招生更新

以下幾個2025年年中入學的工程碩士項目已接收到大量申請，目前招生名額有限：

• 工程管理碩士（Master of Engineering Management）
• 電氣工程碩士（Master of Electrical Engineering）
• 機械工程碩士（Master of Mechanical Engineering）

以上課程將持續滾動發放錄取通知，優先錄取成績優秀的申請人。

2025年3月31日截止申請後，所有未獲錄取的申請人將進入排名評估流程。

所有進入等待名單的申請人將在2025年5月底前收到最終錄取結果通知。

Important Admissions updates

Start-year acceptances reminder

Due to high demand for certain courses, places may be limited or unavailable by the time students meet their offer conditions or accept their unconditional offer. To secure a place, we strongly encourage students to accept their unconditional offer as early as possible, as offers remain valid only while places are available.

Authorised University of Melbourne education agents may submit start-year intake conditional electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) requests and predicted score offer requests subject to eligibility.

Course availability status for 2025

For your internal use only, we have created a list of courses offered in 2025 and their current status:2025 Course Status List. This list is updated in real-time to reflect the latest course availability.

Please review the list of courses when advising applicants. You can check whether a course is still accepting applications or acceptances and tuition fee deposits for start-year and mid-year 2025 intakes. This will help you advise applicants of alternative options where their first preference course is full.

Access to the file has been granted to company directors and general company inboxes. For additional staff access, please email the UoM Regional or Country Manager requesting to add your email. Please do not distribute, share, or reproduce this list.

Bachelor of Science update

The Bachelor of Science has reached its limit for new international students in the 2025 Semester 1 and Semester 2 intakes. Information related to graduate applications

Mid-Year 2025 Engineering Programs

Thank you for your ongoing support of graduate programs at the University of Melbourne. We advise you of an important update to the following programs for mid-year 2025.

• Master of Engineering Management
• Master of Electrical Engineering
• Master of Mechanical Engineering

We have received a high volume of applications for these programs for 2025, and places are now limited for mid-year entry. High-achieving students will still be made offers on a rolling basis. After 31 March, when applications close, all other applicants will be placed on hold for ranking and assessment.

All applicants on hold will be notified of the outcome by or before the end of May 2025.
