獎學金的特點：
支付昆士蘭科技大學學位（或更高）課程前兩個學期學費的 20%
與國際優秀獎學金相比，學術要求較低
自動評估；無需單獨申請。
昆士蘭科技大學將使用學生之前學習（包括未完成的學習）的最佳可接受資質和成績來評估學生是否符合獎學金資格。
從2025 年第 1 學期起升讀學位課程的昆士蘭科技大學學院學生，只要達到相關的 GPA 要求，也有資格獲得該獎學金。
