During this course, students will have the opportunity to grapple with questions of conflict and justice, state and non-state actors, and the nature and operations of international institutions, through case studies drawn from a wide span of time and a wide range of regions and language communities.The seminar units of study on offer consist of three alternative sets of seminars depending on the nature of the thesis topic: in Social Science; History; or Languages and Cultures. Each provides training in critical analysis and the application of theoretical approaches to case studies.You will:Complete two seminar units of study, selected from the Bachelor of International Studies (Honours) table, giving you the knowledge and skills required to undertake research in Social Science; History; or Languages and Cultures Produce a research thesis under the guidance of a dedicated supervisor. [116269G]
