Physical activity and healthy eating are fundamental to good health and wellbeing for all human beings. Not only do they reduce the risk of disease, they improve or maintain overall quality of life through enhanced mental and social wellbeing. The Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science/Bachelor of Nutrition Science will equip graduates to become experts in professions related to both exercise/sport science and nutrition science.
