Onshore international students can now apply for conditional CoEs in certain circumstances for start year 2025. Please read the information below and attached carefully.

Please find attached documentation for conditional CoE requests for graduate programs for onshore students commencing in Start year 2025. Please use this process to ensure applicants have sufficient time to apply for their student visa and arrive in time for course commencement.

Please note the following updates to the Conditional COE process for graduate students, as follows:

• We ask that you check that the applicant is tracking above the required minimum score before submitting a conditional CoE request. There are guidelines on this in Step 5 of the Information to Representatives. We ask that students who are borderline or are not at the minimum requirement, do not submit a request for a conditional CoE. Such students should wait until their final results are available and then forward their documentation to the University for standard processing.
• We ask that you check with the issuing institution on the date of final results release and completion (rather than solely relying on the student to provide this information).

申请资格：

对于计划从新学年入学的申请人，如果他们正在高等院校的最后一个学期学习，则可以申请有条件的电子入学确认函（eCoE）。如果满足以下条件，可能会签发有条件的eCoE：

1. 申请由授权教育代理管理。
2. 申请人已达到大学的英语语言要求。
3. 学生已注册最后一个学期课程以完成其学位。
4. 录取通知书的唯一条件是提交完成声明和最终成绩单，证明学生已获得2025年新学年入学的特定课程所需的成绩。
5. 授权教育代理认为学生可能会满足录取通知书上的学术要求。 代表需审核学生的现有成绩，并确保学生当前成绩达到申请有条件eCoE所需的最低要求。
6. 评分标准和申请有条件eCoE所需的最低分数：

研究生有条件CoE流程的更新说明：

1. 申请前确保成绩符合最低要求：请在提交有条件CoE申请之前，核实申请人的成绩是否高于最低要求。相关指南请参阅《代理信息》文件中的步骤5。若申请人仅接近或未达到最低成绩要求，请不要提交有条件CoE申请。此类学生应等待最终成绩公布后，将完整的申请材料提交给大学进行常规处理。
2. 核实最终成绩发布和完成时间：请联系成绩发布机构确认最终成绩的发布和完成日期，不要单纯依赖学生提供的信息。
