As the Trimester 3 intake approaches, we have some exciting updates regarding the English requirements at Deakin College that we believe will be beneficial for your students.

Updated English Requirement for Diploma Programs

We are pleased to announce a significant change in the English requirement for our Diploma programs. The new requirement is:

IELTS overall 5.5 with no band below 5.0

Previously, the requirement was IELTS 5.5 with no band below 5.5. This adjustment aligns the Diploma program’s English requirement with our Foundation Standard English requirement, providing greater accessibility for students.

These changes will apply to future intakes. We encourage you to share this update with your students to support them in applying to Deakin College. We are excited about the opportunities these changes present and look forward to welcoming more students.
