Diploma in Architectural Studies.  此课程是为想要在QUT读建筑、景观建筑或者室内设计但是没有达到本科直入要求的学生开设的。

I am delighted to announce that QUT has launched a new Diploma course - AB02 Diploma in Architectural Studies. This course is a perfect pathway for students who wish to undertake a QUT undergraduate degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or Interior Design but haven’t met the direct entry requirements.

QUT - Diploma in Architectural Studies

• Course Code: AB02
• Intake: Feb, July, November
• Duration: 1-year full time (2 semesters)
• Fees: $37,536 per course (2025)
• Campus: Kelvin Grove

Academic entry requirements:

• ATAR 60 or IB 24, or
• Completion of Australian Year 12 plus completed a Certificate III, or
• Completion of a Foundation course at another Australian university with a passing GPA, or
• Overseas qualification: please refer to the “requirements” tab on QUT website.

English requirement:

• IELTS 5.5 (5.0) or PTE 46 (38)

Scholarships:

• All applicants will be automatically assessed for QUT College Merit Scholarship. The scholarship provides a 25% discount on the first semester tuition fee of the Diploma course. Please refer to QUT - QUT College Merit Scholarship for minimum academic requirements.
• Upon successful completion of this Diploma course, students will be assessed for QUT International Merit Scholarship before progressing into the next bachelor’s course.

Pathways:

After successful completion of the Diploma in Architectural Studies, students are eligible for 96 credit points (one year) of advanced standing towards the following degree programs.

• Bachelor of Architectural Design: Feb and Jul intake, remaining duration: 2 years
• Bachelor of Built Environment (Honours) (Interior Design major or Landscape Architecture major): Feb and Jul intake, remaining duration: 3 years
