Thông báo phỏng vấn: Email sẽ nêu rõ thời gian, hình thức phỏng vấn (thường là Zoom hoặc Teams) và những điều cần chuẩn bị.
Nội dung phỏng vấn: Giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh bao gồm tự giới thiệu, sở thích, tình hình học tập, kế hoạch tương lai, và đánh giá toàn diện về thói quen học tập, khả năng thích ứng, lý do đến Úc, v.v. Thời lượng khoảng 15-30 phút.

Nộp đơn đăng ký nhập học
Nộp đơn qua trang web chính thức của trường hoặc kênh đại lý và thanh toán phí đăng ký (nếu có).
Bổ sung hồ sơ theo yêu cầu và theo dõi tiến độ xét tuyển (Thư mời nhập học có điều kiện/vô điều kiện).
Sau khi đáp ứng các điều kiện, nộp tiền đặt cọc học phí và hoàn tất thủ tục chấp nhận nhập học (Accept Offer).

Nhận CoE và sắp xếp OSHC
Trường cấp CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment - Giấy xác nhận nhập học).
Mua/xác nhận OSHC bao trả toàn bộ thời hạn visa (bao gồm cả người phụ thuộc, nếu có).

Chuẩn bị hồ sơ xin visa (loại 500)
Sắp xếp các giấy tờ về tài chính, GTE, tiếng Anh, khám sức khỏe, đảm bảo logic phù hợp với lựa chọn khóa học.
Kiểm tra tiêu đề, ngày tháng, định dạng bản dịch và yêu cầu chứng thực của hồ sơ xin visa.
Cấp độ trường học
Cấp độ xét duyệt thị thực của trường quyết định mức độ rủi ro khi sinh viên xin thị thực và có giá trị tham khảo lớn.
Ví dụ, nếu cấp độ xét duyệt thị thực của một trường là 2, người nộp đơn sẽ phải đối mặt với nhiều hạn chế hơn và được yêu cầu cung cấp thêm bằng chứng văn bản, chẳng hạn như chứng chỉ năng lực ngôn ngữ và tài chính.

This qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, co-ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.
At this level, workers have specialised skills in community services and work autonomously under broad directions from senior management. Workers are usually providing direct support to individuals or groups of individuals. Workers may also have responsibility for the supervision of other workers and volunteers and/or case management; program coordination or the development of new business opportunities.
Note that the Statutory & forensic child, youth & family welfare specialisation must be achieved in order to meet the minimum education requirements for child protection and youth justice practice in Victoria. In addition, to meet the minimum education requirements for entry into child protection practice in Victoria, diploma qualifications must be approved by the Australian Community Workers Association (ACWA)
To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 100 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of units of competency.
