Câu trả lời chi tiết

The number of years of full-time work experience required for a Chef skill assessment varies by pathway:

  • Job Ready Program (JRP): A minimum of 12 months of full-time paid employment (or equivalent part-time) with TRA approved employer/s is required, commencing from your Job Ready Employment (JRE) Start Date.
  • Migration Skills Assessment (MSA): You are required to demonstrate 3 years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid employment directly relevant to your nominated occupation. This employment can be completed before, during, or after your comparable qualification.
  • Offshore Skills Assessment Program (OSAP) - Pathway 1 (no Australian VET qualification): If the Chef occupation is classified as a non-licenced trade:
    • With no formal training: Five years' work experience.
    • With formal training: Three years' work experience.
  • Offshore Skills Assessment Program (OSAP) - Pathway 2 (with Australian VET qualification): At least three years of full-time paid employment in a directly related occupation is required.
