职位信息 | Student Adviser - UTS Online Learning Centres in China
Report directly to the UTS In-Country (China) Director
Collaborate closely with the UTS China team
Support the learning facilitators in the Online Learning Centres
Collaborate with UTS Sydney campus units or teams as needed
Provide high level of customer service to respond to email, phone or social media inquiries from students participating in the Online Learning Centres. Typical inquiries may relate to course information, application procedures, application status, accommodation, internet and VPN use, Centre space use, logistics, cancellation of Centre participation, deferral/leave of absence, and any other potential issues with the students.
Design, plan and/or execute student activities as appropriate for the students participating in the Online Learning Centres in China.
Have regular meetings with UTS China team, brief colleagues on student experiences, provide feedback on the Online Learning Centres; and record and report findings on a weekly basis.
Provide timely report urgent issues with students at the Online Learning Centres immediately possible.
Assist the UTS China team as appropriate with work in relation to the Online Learning Centres in China.
Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.
Provide a high quality of customer service to all clients without compromising University standards.
Native Chinese speaker
International, preferably Australian, higher education background
UTS alumni or UTS students are strongly preferred
Demonstrated experiences in working on customer services
Preferred experiences in working on college campuses
Excellent oral and written communication skills in a customer focused environment
Demonstrated reliability in work settings
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork andinformation‐sharing
