Demonstrated understanding of the Australian education system and Australian government policies such as ESOS, SSVF.

岗位目标与职责
Located in the Deakin China Office (Beijing or Wuhan) the Country Manager, China will be responsible for managing, planning and implementing recruitment activities in consultation with the Director Marketing & Admissions and the Marketing Manager including the Deakin China Office.
The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring that the marketing strategies and recruitment activities are in line with the College’s international strategy and that they are delivered on time, to budget and to standard.
This position plays a critical role in working with internal and external stakeholders, and in particular, Deakin University and the education agents to ensure that the recruitment activities are aligned with the strategic directions and business needs of the College and University partnership.
This role will also have responsibility for proactively managing agent relationships in China and growing student enrolments.
The position will involve travel and work outside of core business hours.
