特此提醒：Mitchelle Institute 的 Master of Applied Research（应用研究硕士）现已开放申请（仅限澳洲境内 onshore 申请人）。
Mitchelle Institute 目前聚焦于 五个核心研究方向，并将提供 有限名额，招募研究人员参与相关研究工作。申请人需从现有研究项目中选择一个方向，在此基础上进一步深化研究内容，并逐步发展形成个人的研究课题。申请人需从以下五个核心研究领域中选择其一。
成功入选的申请人将由 Mitchelle Institute 匹配一名专属导师，在整个研究过程中提供学术指导与监督。
研究项目方向：
- 弱势群体在高等教育中的参与情况
- STEM 学科与社会科学及人文学科的参与差异研究
- 多元学习者进入高等教育的路径研究
- 通向幼儿教育职业发展的资格路径研究
- 高等教育中个体低社会经济地位指数的探索性研究
入学要求（Entry Criteria）：
- 已完成澳大利亚本科学位（或同等学历），不限专业背景，且最后一年平均成绩达到 Distinction（或同等水平）
- 雅思总分 6.5，单项不低于 6.0（或同等英语成绩）
申请流程（Application Process）：
1. 初始申请提交
提交申请时，请务必选择并准备以下内容：
- 课程代码：URAP-AER8012（Master of Applied Research）
- 导师：Nina Van Dyke
- 研究计划：申请阶段不要求提交 Research Proposal
所需材料包括：
- 个人简历（Curriculum Vitae, CV）
- 200 字个人陈述（请填写指定表格）
- 学术成绩单及毕业证书
- 雅思或同等英语成绩（如申请人曾在认可的英语国家完成前序学习，可能被视为已满足英语要求）
2. Mitchelle Institute 后续联系
通过初步评估的申请人将由 Mitchelle Institute 主动联系，就研究方向进行更深入的讨论，并说明后续流程安排。

This is a reminder that the applications for Master of Applied Research with Mitchelle Institute is now open (onshore applicants only)!
The Institute is currently focusing on five key research areas and is offering a limited number of positions for researchers to contribute to this work. Candidates will select one of the available research projects, develop it further, and shape it into their own.
Applicants will be required to select one of the five key research areas listed below. Successful candidates will be matched with a dedicated supervisor from the Mitchelle Institute, who will provide guidance and oversight throughout the project.
Project 1: Participation in higher education among equity groups
Project 2: Participation in STEM vs. Social Sciences and Humanities disciplines
Project 3: Pathways into higher education for diverse learners
Project 4: Qualifications leading to careers in early childhood education
Project 5: Exploration of individual low-socioeconomic status index in higher education
Entry Criteria:
- Completion of an Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with an average grade of Distinction (or equivalent) in the final year.
- IELTS 6.5 with no band less than 6.0 or equivalent

2. Follow-up by Mitchelle Institute
- Applicants who are successful in the initial assessment will be contacted by the Mitchelle Institute to discuss the research topic in more detail and outline the next steps.
