自 2025 年 8 月 1 日起，Griffith 将推出 International Academic Merit Scholarship（国际学术优秀奖学金），为符合条件的国际学生提供 20% 的学费减免。该奖学金设计更具包容性，体现了我们在学生整个学习旅程中持续支持其成功的承诺。
一、国际学术优秀奖学金（International Academic Merit Scholarship）
- 适用于 2026 和 2027 年入学的学生
- 要求 GPA 达到 7 分制中的 4.5 分及以上
- 无需单独申请，符合条件的学生将在收到录取通知书时自动获得该奖学金
- 奖学金适用于整个课程期间，学生必须每学期通过所有课程，方可继续保留奖学金

二、重要截止日期
随着 20% 的 International Academic Merit Scholarship 奖学金即将上线
原有的 **International Student Academic Excellence Scholarship（国际学生学术卓越奖学金，25% 学费减免）**将于 2025 年 8 月 1 日起停止适用于 2026 年入学学生。
请注意以下信息：
- 学生如欲申请 2026 年入学的 25% 奖学金，必须在 2025 年 7 月 31 日（星期四）之前递交申请
- 25% 奖学金仍适用于符合条件的 2025 年 T3 学期入学的学生
- 对于已在现有 offer 中获得 25% 奖学金的学生，我们将继续承认该奖学金
- 目前已入学并获得 25% 奖学金的学生，只要继续满足资格要求，奖学金也会继续发放
We’re excited to share an important update that will make studying at Griffith University even more accessible for international students.
From 1 August 2025, Griffith will introduce the International Academic Merit Scholarship, offering a 20% tuition fee reduction to eligible international students. Designed to be more inclusive, this new scholarship reflects our continued commitment to supporting student success across all stages of their academic journey.
The International Academic Merit Scholarship:
Applies to students commencing in 2026 and 2027.
Requires a minimum GPA of 4.5 out of 7.
Will be issued to eligible students when they receive their offer with no separate application required.
Is applicable for the full duration of the program. Students need to pass all courses each trimester to retain the scholarship.
We’ll be launching a dedicated webpage with more information soon and will follow up with the link and next steps for your students once it’s live.
KEY DEADLINES
With the new International Academic Merit Scholarship (20% fee reduction) becoming available to students, the International Student Academic Excellence Scholarship (25% fee reduction) will cease for 2026 intakes from 1 August 2025.
Key information to note:
Students must apply by Thursday 31 July 2025 to be considered for the 25% scholarship for 2026 intakes.
The 25% scholarship will remain available to eligible students for the T3 2025 intake.
We will honour the 25% scholarship for 2026 intakes for any students who already have this scholarship offered in their current letter of offer.
Students currently enrolled who receive the 25% scholarship will continue to do so, provided they meet the ongoing eligibility requirements.
