一、护理学专业英语语言要求更新

澳大利亚护理与助产士委员会（NMBA） 更新了护理专业的英语语言要求，适用于申请 Bachelor of Nursing（护理学学士） 的学生。

主要变化包括：

• 总分仍需 IELTS 7.0，但写作单项现在接受 6.5 分（此前所有单项均要求至少 7.0）
• 新增接受 Cambridge C1 Advanced 与 C2 Proficiency 考试成绩
• 英语成绩可拼分：允许使用12 个月内最多两次考试的成绩组合（此前仅限 6 个月内）

二、澳大利亚移民局 2025 年 3 月签证材料等级更新

2025 年 3 月，澳大利亚内政事务部（DHA）对部分国家与教育机构的 Evidence Level（材料审核等级） 进行了更新。DHA 网站上的 Document Checklist Tool 已反映最新等级。

三、第 2 学期重要时间提醒

请特别留意以下时间节点，以便为学生做好入学安排：

• 迎新周（Orientation）：2025 年 5 月 19 日
• 课程开始时间：2025 年 5 月 26 日
• 注册截止日期 & 学费缴费截止：2025 年 6 月 6 日

四、签证办理重要提醒

目前多个地区签证审批时间持续延长。根据 DHA 建议，请务必确保学生的签证申请在课程开始前至少提前 8 周提交，并材料齐全，以确保学生能按时抵达，顺利参加迎新及开课。

Change to nursing degrees English language requirements

护理学专业英语语言要求更新

There has been an update to the English language requirements for our Nursing programs.
The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) has introduced revised English language requirements for students applying to the Bachelor of Nursing.

Key changes include:

• Overall IELTS score of 7.0 still required, however a writing score of 6.5 is now accepted (previously, all bands required a minimum of 7.0)
• Cambridge C1 Advanced and C2 Proficiency tests are now accepted
• Applicants may now combine results from up to two tests completed within 12 months (previously within 6 months)

Department of Home Affairs – March 2025 Evidence Level Update

In March 2025, the Evidence Level for countries and education providers was updated. The Document Checklist Tool on the Department’s website now reflects these updated Evidence Levels.

Trimester 2 – Key Dates & Reminders

As we enter the final stages of the T2 intake, please keep the following dates in mind:

• T2 Orientation: 19th May
• T2 Study period start: 26th May
• Last date to enroll and fees due: 6th June

Important Visa Reminder

We are seeing increasing visa processing times across several regions. To avoid delays, all visa applications should be fully complete and lodged 8 weeks before the course commencement, as recommended by DHA. This ensures your students have the best chance of arriving in time for Orientation and classes.
