不再接受境内 408/600/485 签证在境内换COE

经过慎重考虑，并根据新的移民战略，科廷大学决定从即日起，不再为持有以下签证子类别的学生签发任何onshore的 COE：

• Covid签证（子类别408）

• 临时毕业生签证（子类别 485）

• 访问签证持有者（子类别 600）

学生仍可向大学提出申请，但要申请COE的话，学生必须是在澳洲境外，并符合我们的合规标准。

我知道这一变化会影响到你们的学生，但我们必须改变我们的流程，以满足内政部的要求。

Hope everything is going well,

After careful consideration and based on the new Migration Strategy, Curtin University has decided, as of today, not to issue any onshore COEs for students holding the following visa subclasses:

• Covid Visa (subclass 408)

• Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485)

• Visitor Visa holder (subclass 600)

 Students can still apply to the university, but to issue the COE, the student must be offshore and meet our compliance criteria.

I'm aware this change will affect your student cohorts, but we had to make changes in our processes to meet the Department of Home Affairs requirements.
