The main objectives of the degree are to provide an academic avenue for professional development, knowledge and the application of evidence-based practice. The course is designed to build upon the academic strengths of the School of Nursing, including primary health, mental health, aged and dementia care, clinical excellence and research principles and methods. These topics will facilitate an all-round development of health professionals to seamlessly transition into professional roles in the health care system.The course is delivered via weekly online learning activities in each subject over the course of each semester.
